Electro offers many training and development opportunities from day one. Our associates receive company culture and baseline technology training as new hires. Additionally, monthly online training courses on the latest technology from both our product vendors and those developed in-house are assigned. Our associates also receive live/in-person training and opportunities to “learn and earn” through many of our vendor partnerships.
